The third option on our list is Proscenic 808C. This device earned its place by offering brilliant innovation without taking too much space. However, it is also the most expensive humidifier on this list, so we couldn’t rank it higher. In a lot of ways, it is similar to the second device on this list. For example, they both offer three ways to control them. Proscenic 808C can be controlled by voice commands via Alexa, through the complementary app (though the latest version doesn’t have a timer), or a touch-screen LED display. It also has perhaps the largest tank capacity out of all the devices on our list, which explains why it’s also one of the biggest options. Other great features are a 30-hour runtime, timer, auto shut-off when it runs out of water, and optimal humidity setting.
Portability and Design
Simply due to weight, carrying a Proscenic humidifier with its tank full is certainly inadvisable. However, if it’s empty, moving it from one place to another should be totally possible, if slightly uncomfortable. You would need to make space for it on your table, counter, or floor, but that should not be too much of an issue. All-black design won’t be an eyesore in any environment either, and you can expect powerful 360-degree humidification through an opening on top (just like EvenBreeze).
Ease of use
The app offers a wider array of control options, but even without it, you can easily switch between settings. There is a power button, mode button, water heating, plasma, humidity, and timer settings, though don’t expect too much to have the latter one, as it’s not included in the later models. With a touch-and-slide, you would be able to adjust any part of the device manually, and while some of the features might seem complicated, you should get it sorted in no time, thanks to the user manual provided.

Overall, Proscenic 808C is a decent device. It has the same benefits as VOCOlinc, in some ways even exceeding it, but it’s also bigger and way pricier, barely making it into this list due to its cost. But if you’ll decide to splurge on something, this humidifier would certainly be worth your money. Even though it’s odd how they removed a fairly-important timer feature in some devices, it does not hinder other benefits that you would receive.
